1. Placing of Orders
         

         1.1 Pre-orders only, we do not cater to walk-in purchases onsite.

          1.2 At least 3 days advance notice to process your order. For larger order quantities, kindly make allowance for longer lead time.

​

          1.3 You may place your order by:-

● making use of our online ordering function at our website; or

● sending your written order details to us via email or whatsapp.

 

          1.4 Kindly state your order items, quantity, your contact, required date and timing, location address if delivery is required, and any other instructions regarding the order.

          1.5 We will respond to your submission of advance order as soon as we can via return email or sms, to advise our acceptance / rejection of your order.

2. Icing-Decorated Cookies
         

         2.1 Unless otherwise stated in the product description on our website, kindly note for all icing-decorated cookies:-

 

● minimum order quantity is 10 pieces / 10 packs per flavour.

● default packaging is in the form of cookies being individually packed and sealed in a transparent plastic bag, tied with matching ribbon or twist wire.

3. Urgent Orders
         

          3.1 For orders with <3 days advance notice, if accepted by us, an express order surcharge of 20% on order amount will apply.

​

4. Payment Mode
         

          4.1 For online orders, payment via Paynow / Paylah.

          4.2 For non-online orders, we accept payment by cash / cheque / internet banking transfer / Paynow / Paynow.

​

          4.3 We do not charge GST.

​

5. Discount on Purchases
         

          5.1 We offer a 5% discount for a single purchase of regular-priced items above $200 and 10% discount for a single purchase above  $400, unless otherwise stated. Kindly note the aforesaid discount do not apply to the following product groups:-

● cookies and cupcakes that involve hand-drawn / handmade icing designs;

● cookies and cupcakes with printing icing images;

● bulk orders (corporate or personal basis);

● urgent orders

5.2 Bulk order / group buy discount, if applicable, shall be advised upon request for quotation.

         
6. Delivery & Self-Collection

 

          6.1 Free delivery to 1 location is provided for order amount >$150.

​

          6.2 For order amount <$150, our delivery charge is $15 per trip. 

​

          6.3 Self-collection of orders can be done at our address, date and timing of self-collection to be arranged with us in advance.

​

          6.4 While our delivery service is islandwide, we do not provide delivery to certain restricted zones such as Jurong Island, Pulau        Brani, Changi Airfreight Centre, etc.  

​

7. Operating Hours
       

          7.1 As we are not operating a retail outlet and our production is made-to-order basis, generally we do not have fixed opening hours nor operating days. Basically, our kitchen is open as long as we have production work ongoing.

          7.2 Self-collection of orders or meeting sessions with us are strictly by appointment only.

 

 

8. Our Liability
         

          8.1 We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality.

          8.2 Our liability in connection with any product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

         
9. Events Outside our Control

          9.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (i.e. force majeure).
